Asbury Heights' mission is to improve the lives of older adults through high-quality and compassionate care.

For over 115 years, Asbury has provided care and accommodations to generations of older adults while offering continued support for their families. Our community offers a full continuum of care which includes independent living, personal care, nursing, rehabilitation and memory support. 

Asbury Heights is located in Mt. Lebanon, only six miles south of downtown Pittsburgh. Originally a farming community, this upscale suburb is now known for its premier public school system and two bustling business districts that boast one-of-a-kind boutiques and restaurants.

Life at Asbury is full of opportunities. We offer numerous programs and activities to keep you as active and involved as you want to be. 

Our indoor, skylight mall is the perfect place to relax or meet a friend in the café. There is also a beauty salon and barbershop, post office, and chapel. 

Our beautiful campus is the perfect place for a leisurely stroll or brisk walk. You can enjoy our gardens or relax under our gazebo or pergola with a book or a group of friends. Our fleet of vehicles provides you with transportation to local attractions, grocery stores, medical appointments and restaurants.
