Adult Day Services
With today's growing population of two-income families, many individuals are seeking care and activities for aging parents. Easter Seals Adult Day Services at Asbury Heights, provides daytime care for older adults enabling their caregivers to work or have daytime respite while care is being provided to their parents or loved one. The Asbury Heights program accommodates up to 30 people per day and is staffed by a nurse, an activity coordinator, a social worker, nursing assistants and a music therapist.

The programs are operational Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. A nutritious lunch and snack are provided. Some of the many activities include a tai chi exercise program, an activity such as cooking, arts and crafts, gardening, musical entertainment or an outing to a local restaurant or attraction. All participants can also take advantage of the many services available on the Asbury campus including medical specialists (podiatrists, audiologists, dentists, cardiologists, and opthmologists), beauty and barber shops for hair and nail care; personal care including bathing, rehabilitation therapy, etc.
