The Health & Wellness CenterAsbury Heights has medical and health care professionals that include primary care physicians, cardiologists, podiatrists, dentists, psychiatrists, audiologists, ophthalmologists, physiatrists, chiropractors and board-certified and fellowship-trained geriatricians who see residents in the Asbury Health &Wellness Center.

In addition, Asbury has a skilled team of physical, occupational and speech therapists, and we offer a full range of laboratory and x-ray procedures on site.

You can choose to work with our health care team, or we can coordinate your care with your personal physician, including transportation to off-site medical appointments.
