STAY
Under the direction of the Health & Wellness Center and social services, senior independent living residents connected to the STAY (Support and Timely Attention for You) program can enjoy dedicated nursing staff coverage 12 hours each day, seven days a week, 365 days per year. Nurses visit residents in their Asbury Heights retirement homes or personal care communities for services such as:
- Medication management
- Coordination of health care visits
- Wound care
- Increased care during an illness or after a hospital stay
Most STAY services are included in residents’ monthly rent. A fee may be incurred for some of the more extensive services offered by STAY. Click here (PDF) for a copy of the STAY brochure.
All Asbury at Your Service and STAY staff members are employed by Asbury Heights and undergo background checks, drug screenings and specialized training. If Asbury At Your Service or STAY are not equipped to manage a need, a referral is made to an outside agency.
