Our SeniorFITness program was developed and is continually enhanced by leading experts in exercise and wellness for older adults. It offers a full range of strength, balance, mobility, and intellectual exercises tailored to specific physical conditions and functional goals. SeniorFITness is a time-tested and proven ideal post-rehab program to assure your continuing health, safety, and quality of life.

Gym to Go sessions are available for residents who would like a more personalized exercise plan to meet their goals.

Sittercise - Monday/Wednesday/Friday 11:00-11:30 am
Balance - Saturday 1:15-1:45 pm and Tuesday 10:30-11:00 am
Yoga - Thursday 10:30-11:00 am
