As a part of our effort to create career pathways and upward movement within the organization while striving to improve the lives of older adults through high-quality and compassionate care, we have developed a Mentor Program!
This Program is intended to improve the quality of care for residents and build a stronger workforce by providing new employees with consistent on-the-job training and support.
Those accepted into the program will receive a title change and a $1.00/hour increase to their regular rate of pay! Also, participants whose mentee reaches the following length of employment will be eligible for the following bonus amount: 3 months = $25, 6 months = $50, 1 year = $100

Join the CORE Team
The purpose of the CORE Team is to focus on employee engagement, appreciation, retention, recruitment and creating a positive work environment.
This Team is being initiated by the Human Resources Department who would like to see representation from all departments, facilities and shifts. If you are interested in assisting with these efforts, please plan to attend the next meeting on Tuesday, November 27 at 2:00 pm in Conference Room.
