Mentor Program

As a part of our effort to create career pathways and upward movement within the organization while striving to improve the lives of older adults through high-quality and compassionate care, we have developed a Mentor Program! 

This Program is intended to improve the quality of care for residents and build a stronger workforce by providing new employees with consistent on-the-job training and support. 

Those accepted into the program will receive a title change and a $1.00/hour increase to their regular rate of pay! Also, participants whose mentee reaches the following length of employment will be eligible for the following bonus amount: 3 months = $25, 6 months = $50, 1  year = $100

Join the CORE Team

The purpose of the CORE Team is to focus on employee engagement, appreciation, retention, recruitment and creating a positive work environment.  

This Team is being initiated by the Human Resources Department who would like to see representation from all departments, facilities and shifts. If you are interested in assisting with these efforts, please plan to attend the next meeting on Wednesday, June 27 at 2:00 pm in Conference Room.

Referral Bonus Program

Do you know someone who would make a great employee? If you do and they meet the qualifications for the position and are hired, it may be worth up to $500! 

In our ongoing efforts to recruit, hire and retain qualified staff while striving to improve the lives of older adults through high-quality and compassionate care, we are offering a Referral Bonus Program. If you refer the applicant and he/she is hired into any position, you will be given $250 after the new hire completes six months of employment. After the new hire completes 1 year of employment, you will be given an additional $250.
